The $756 million transformation to the National Western Stock Show- the largest livestock show in North America- is in the works! If the current site is of sentimental value to you, you have until the 2019 NWSS in January to see it one last time as you know it, as the stockyards will begin its remodel shortly afterwards! We are sad to think about this monument we have visited annually, where friendships have been made, & our business has grown incredibly, change. It’s been a home away from home it’s so familiar, but we are also excited to watch the change over the next 7 years, and grateful that they are going to preserve the Stadium Arena, Livestock Exchange Building, Stockyards Saloon, & water tower. I know we are not alone with many fun memories made here in the past, & I’m sure many are yet to come with the new site!
